From time to time, the Forty-Sixers are asked by members or vendors whether they can use our trademarked logos to create something that uses our intellectual property.
We do not provide members or vendors with blanket approval to use our intellectual property. However, a member may request approval to create their own item, or work with a vendor to create a product that uses our logo. Such requests should be directed to President@ADK46er.org, and include a description of how the logo would be used. The Adirondack Forty-Sixers reserve the right to approve or deny that request.
Vendors that receive requests from a member to create a product using our logo should instruct the member to get approval from the organization, and provide a copy of that approval, before creating the product. We recommend that the vendor keep a copy of each approval in their ?les. Even if we grant that member approval to work with a vendor to create a product that includes our logo, vendors are not allowed to feature that product on their website or otherwise publicly solicit sales featuring our logo.
